This product was exactly what I needed. I moved into a house that did
not have a space available for my litter box that was out if sight of
company and daily living. I had to put the litter box into my office and
didn't want it to be obvious to others. I looked through many websites
and pet stores for something but couldn't find anything but the plastic
covered litter boxes that look like a litter box. I wanted something
that looked nice and still functioned well. I have always had an
automatic litter box but the latest one I bought never performed as well
as the older models so I found myself always having to hand clean the
litter box. When we moved and realized that we needed another option I
knew I would be hand cleaning the box. When I found this product it was
available from other sites but I could not pass up the price offered
along with free shipping. My husband and I put it together in about a
half an hour with absolutely no issues. It looked exactly like the
picture and the size was perfect. It looks really good in the office and
no one notices that it is a litter box. I read some of the other
reviews and took some suggestions from other customers.
I bought a piece
of outdoor carpet and cut it to fit in the small compartment to catch
any litter from the paws and a battery operated motion light to stick
inside and that really helps when cleaning it too. I also bought some
puppy training pads to put under the litter box to help with any spills
that might occur. I left the lid open a few days until my cat got used
to it. I also kept the other litter box in the room for a few days just
to make sure there were no accidents and my cat never used the old one
and went right into the new one. This was a great investment and I am so
happy with my purchase.
